All righty, now! We need to start some consistency here! No more of this occasional thing! Something needs to happen, do you see all of these exclamation points?! First of all, poor Heart is losing strength each time you don't do something, and not so "coconut cream" thighs are are NOT lacking, as well as little -or should I say, big!- booty, which is just as bad!
"I told you so!" says the pooch. "See what happens when you eat too many sweets and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches!"
"I think I'm all right for now." says the heart.
"But just think, if you fall, I will give you plenty of cushion!" says the not so helpful booty.
"I'm sorry," says will-power.
"Just be careful," say the shins, "We might get hurt!"
Well, tonight we are actually going to the McGuire's run. It kind of got left when the holidays were around, but now we are more than ready to run! Here we go!
"Pant-pant! Maybe we could stop - just for a second..."

ReplyDeleteHa ha! I can't say my pooch has ever talked to me; or maybe it has and I just never listen. We did pretty well, I think! We need to speed it up - really get the heart going and burn some calories. Talking less? Ah...no need to work on that for now.
ReplyDeleteYay! I'm glad I'm not the only one who talks to my tummy!:)
ReplyDeleteI agree, Hannah. Let's speed it up a little. And stretch more next time! ;)
