Davy

What can I say? It is Davy. That cute flabby, furry bundle that loves to sleep on everyone's beds and looks so peaceful that we do not want to disturb him by putting him outside before we all go to bed. That is, until we wake up to a very lovey-dovey (loud!) kitty cat that wants to be pet at 4 in the morning. He looks like he got wild genes from some past ancestor, but he seems to enjoy chasing bugs and grass. Not to mention his very long tail. Yes, he chases his tail...like a dog. I think he does it when he gets bored. He seems to be part dog anyway though, seeing he likes his belly rubbed and rolling around in the sand.

When we got Davy and his (lately deceased, bless her heart) sister Dora, she was very scared and not seeming interested in adventuring out of her boundaries, whereas Davy was ready for anything. Upon their growing, their personalities seemed to switch rolls. Now Davy seems content to sleep, eat, and get as much loving from all of us, especially in the early mornings when the house is still and quiet (he has an especially loud meow).

I love my very chilled cat, even though he gets fur and sand on my bed. He seems pretty laid back, and doesn't even seem to care what Dace Eric and Jackson do to him! Well, this is our cat, Davy.
