Even if I have a rough night that feels like I did not get any sleep and then have to wake up about 6 A.M., when I see such a neat sky and the moon lingering before the sun, I still have to go outside at six while being only half awake to get a picture because I have a thing with trying to capture the moon. This is what I did this morning. I was tired, but still managed to get a decent shot even without a tripod. So here is my sunrise moon that I found greeting me through my window as I awoke.
This is so beautiful. I love how tiny the moon is yet so bright your eye goes straight to it. Aren't sunrises lovely? There is something about them that is quite different from sunsets.

Well I think I have rather unknowingly had this thing with trying to capture the moon/stars, so I am glad you like it! I got to bed at a quite decent hour, but it was one of those nights where it took way too long to actually fall asleep even though the sleep didn't feel deep and I kept waiting for the alarm to go off. You know, just wake up every once in awhile wondering why I am awake.
